You CANNOT track your order until I personally ship out the plushies on my end. This takes about 2-4 days depending on the amount of plushies needed to be made. Once it's shipped, you will be notified either by text or email with tracking information!

Q: I don't see my confirmation email/text. What do I do?

We recommend you check your spam and other folders for the confirmation text/email. If you can't find it please dm us on tiktok @loveknotss and we will resolve it for you.

Q: Where do I upload my second image if I'm trying to buy more then 1?

A: Each plush is handmade in 3–5 business days, then ships via free USPS (3–7 business days). You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the way.
