A: After adding your plush to cart, youā€™ll see an upload buttonā€”just choose a clear JPG or PNG so your face comes out crisp and true-to-life.

Q: Where is my tracking email? I can't track it.

You CANNOT track your order until I personally ship out the plushies on my end. This takes about 2-4 days depending on the amount of plushies needed to be made. Once it's shipped, you will be notified either by text or email with tracking information!
